How should I do my hair for prom?

My prom is in 5 days :) x also, i have meaty arms and thick back, so one of the things i was worried about is that if i all of my hair up, it would seem very bare around my chest and it would make my fat arms and such more obvious? :S

So that's my prom dress http://www.cargoclothing.com/shop/detail.aspx?pid=3404 It's not that long ! its like 4-5 fingers higher than my knee and it fits me nice , not like the picture . So its waay shorter and skinnier than that picture And my hair is like on my under my breasts and im blonde . its super straight i have brown eyes!:) So please tell me if you like my dress and how should i do my hair and makeup ? Ombre Hair choices for me?
I'm Chinese and I'd like to have ombre hair! I've never dyed my hair before because it has always been so straight and nice and I never wanted to damage it whatsoever. But now my prom date is closing in and I want a change....... I don't know what my prom dress will look like, I haven't chosen it. But, I'm a big fan of purple so I might go for that? Maybe turquoise as well... I have an oval face, normal eyes, thick lips, kinda-flat nose and light-yellowish skin. I'm quite tall and very often described as skinny. I have side bangs and very-very-very dark brown straight down to... I'd say below my boobs. I want to and I will grow my hair longer until they reach my belly-button. I'm not a loud person instead I'm quite sensitive and expressive. I'm always the laughter person in my group of friends and the nice one that gets along with almost everyone, not bitchy, but not too girly and weak! Favourite colours? Purple! Turquoise! Baby pink! What colours should I make my hair? I want to keep the top of my head the way it is now (in my natural hair colour) but I want them to start to change starting from around my shoulder.....or what? I don't know!! Help? ;) <33

Is this a good dress for prom?
I won't have my prom for another 3 years... but I'm really excited (prom starts today @ my school) so I just decided to look up prom dresses to get a general idea of what I want to wear. I don't want to really wear a short dress... since it's a formal event most people will wear long ones. But I hate long dresses (they don't look good on me) Do you think this dress is good?
